Biscuits with vanilla

200 g flour
100 g starch
150 g sugar
250 g butter
5 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
powdered sugar

Biscuits with vanilla


Mix butter until tender completely. Add sugar and mix well. Add vanilla, flour and starch.
Separate the yolks of 5 eggs and incorporate into mixture.

Mix well until dough is smooth, then form a ball that is covered in plastic wrap and put to fridge for an hour.

After an hour remove the dough from the refrigerator and spread a sheet of 1 cm thick and cut out cookies in desired shape. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake at 180 °C (350 °F)about 15-20 minutes. When the biscuits were baked remove from the oven, let cool and then powdered with sugar.
