Black and White Cookies

300 g flour
2 eggs (one batter, one for anoint)
200 g soft butter
180 g of sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 teaspoon milk

Black and White Cookies

Put the flour in a bowl. Put on top an egg, butter cut into pieces, sugar and vanilla sugar. Knead everything quickly. The resulting dough is divided into two. Knead half with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and one teaspoon of milk. Wrap both in cling film and place in refrigerator for one hour.
Remove the doughs from the refrigerator and knead briefly. Stretch both doughs thin layer. Brush the white dough with beaten egg, put above the black dough, then roll together. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then cut slices of 1/2 centimeters. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in preheated oven at 170 °C.
