Cookies with jam

270 g flour
220 g butter or margarine
3 egg yolks
1 egg white (for anoint)
100 g of sugar powder
50 g of nuts or chopped hazelnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
juice of half a lemon
1 pinch of salt

Cookies with jam

Knead the dough and let it cool for an hour in cling film.
Then divided into 3-4 parts, form small balls that are put in the tray on baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the palm and make a dent in the middle with your thumb or with a wooden spoon tail. Put jam in the dimple. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with coarse ground nuts or peanuts. Place in well-heated oven at 170 °C for 15 minutes.
