Cake with cow cheese

For the dough:
2 eggs
12 tablespoons of flour
9 tablespoons of sugar
9 tablespoons of milk
9 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder
For the filling:
500 g of cow cheese
4 eggs
5 tablespoons of sugar
5 tablespoons of semolina
50-100 g of raisins
a pinch of salt

Cake with cow cheese


Thoroughly mix the eggs with the sugar, then add oil and mix until it becomes a homogeneous composition. In a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, then pour some over mixture of eggs, sugar and oil. Add some milk, then flour again, alternating flour and milk until all have been incorporated. The batter should be slightly thicker than pancake.
Grease a tray with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour half of batter into the tray and place in preheated oven to 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes.
As the batter is baked, in a vessel beat well 4 eggs, then mix with cow cheese. Add semolina, raisins and a pinch of salt, then sugar and vanilla.
Remove the pan from the oven, pour cheese mixture over batter sheet, then pour over the other half of the batter. Place the tray back in the oven and bake another 40 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar and cut after cooling completely.
