Ladyfingers with tiramisu

1 small bag of ladyfingers
250 g of mascarpone
600 ml of milk
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
chocolate for decoration

Ladyfingers with tiramisu


In a bowl mix the mascarpone with 75-100 ml of milk until it becomes creamy. Add sugar and mix.

Soak ladyfingers in the rest of milk (or coffee if you prefer, I dipped them in milk so children can eat too), then place in a pan with detachable walls. Arrange a row of half the ladyfingers around on the walls of the tray, then the rest on the bottom of the tray.

Pour the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers and spread as evenly.
Garnish with chocolate and store in refrigerator several hours.
