Tiramisu with raspberry

(Recipe suggested by Lori)
1 small bag of ladyfingers
250 g of mascarpone
100 ml of milk (or less)
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
orange juice
vanilla essence
plain chocolate (for decoration)
200 g of raspberries

Tiramisu with raspberry


Place ladyfingers in a bowl. You can heap or break them, to fit well. Over them pour plenty of orange juice.
In a bowl, beat the mascarpone with the milk, until it becomes cream. Sweeten to taste, add the vanilla extract and mix.
Pour mascarpone cream over ladyfingers and sprinkle over the raspberries.
Grate the chocolate surface with a knife blade, to obtain rolls of chocolate, which is thrown over the raspberries.
Allow a few hours in a refrigerator.
