Homemade Bounty bars

(12 bars)
200 g of grated coconut
100 g sweetened condensed milk (1/2 box)
100 g of milk chocolate

Homemade Bounty bars


Mix in a bowl condensed milk with coconut. Leave for several hours in refrigerator until coconut soften.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and spread the mixture and shape into small rectangles.
Melt chocolate in a double bottomed pot or a pot placed on top of another pot with boiling water (bain marie).
Dip coconut rectangles in melted chocolate, then leave to cool until the chocolate hardens.
