Homemade chocolate

500 g milk powder
5 tablespoons cocoa
300 g sugar
100 g butter
150 ml of water
1 tablespoon vinegar
raisins, nuts or peanuts, as desired

Homemade chocolate


Place in a bowl the sugar, water and vinegar, mix and give a boil.
Sift milk powder and cocoa through a fine sieve, then gradually add the syrup, stirring gently, do not lumps. After homogenization, incorporate butter and raisins, nuts or peanuts.
Composition is placed in a tray, wetted or covered with baking paper and leave to cool well, then slice.
