Dumplings with plums

1 kg potatoes
300 g flour
1 egg
salt to taste
500 g plums
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
granulated sugar
flavors, cinnamon, rum

Wash plums, cleaned of seeds and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixed with a little rum. Keep in a bowl to penetrate with sugar until prepare dough.

Wash potatoes and boil them in a pot with water and salt. When sufficiently boiled, remove from water, peel and crush as for mashed potatoes. Then add the egg, flour and salt and mix until it becomes a homogeneous composition.

Take a plum (or half a plum, if large) and wrap in a tablespoon of composition, so that it is completely covered. Round dumplings and put them to boil in a pot with water and salt. When dumplings rise to the surface they are ready. Remove them and leave them to drain on a plate.

In a pan fry the breadcrumbs until turns a bronze. Then mix it with sugar and cinnamon. After you have carefully drained dumplings, rolled them in bread crumbs mixture.
