Vanilla muffins

Ingredients:
4 eggs
250 g of sugar
250 g of flour
200 g of butter
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
75 ml of milk
2-3 tablespoons of flaked chocolate chips
food coloring (optional)

Preparation:

In a bowl mix flour with baking powder.
In another bowl mix the eggs with the sugar until the sugar begins to dissolve. Add butter, milk and vanilla, then flour mixed with baking powder.
Divide the dough into several bowls and add different types of food coloring (optional).
Pour alternately batter of different color in muffins molds or muffins tray covered with baking paper. Sprinkle chocolate chips.
Bake in oven preheated to 180 ° C for 18-20 minutes.
