Carrot muffins

1 egg
2 carrots
100 g of yoghurt
4 tablespoons of sugar
8 heaping tablespoons of flour
1 sachet of baking powder

Carrot muffins


Wash the carrots, peel and grate.
In a bowl mix the egg with the sugar until the sugar is dissolved, then add the yogurt and carrots.
In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon, then add over the egg and sugar mixture and mix.
Pour into muffin tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 50-60 minutes until passes the toothpick test.
