Cake with ladyfingers

1 large package of ladyfingers (champagne biscuits)
0,5 l milk, coffee or fruit juice
1 liter milk
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
2 lemons
150 g butter

Cake with ladyfingers

Prepare cream like in "Lemon Cream" recipe.
Mix flour with half of the sugar, then gradually add half of the milk.
Boil the second half of the milk. When boils, add the second half of the sugar and mix of flour, sugar and milk, stirring continuously.
When boiled, move away from the heat and add the lemon zest, lemon juice and butter. Stir until butter is completely melted and cream is smooth, then allow to cool.

Prepare the plate in which you will serve cake. Soak ladyfingers one by one into coffee, milk or juice and place on plate next to each other to form the first layer. Do not them let too much in liquid, because they smash.
Over ladyfingers layer put a part of lemon cream. Then another layer of soaked ladyfingers and another layer of cream.
Garnish as desired. Before serving, store it in refrigerator.
