Minipancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon orange peel (optional)
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation:

These pancakes are made muffins tray.
Heat oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl beat the eggs well and gradually add the flour and milk, stirring well, not to form lumps. When the composition is homogeneous, add salt, vanilla and orange peel.
Add the butter, bit by bit.
Grease well muffin tray and fill with composition only half and place in oven for 15 minutes, when pancakes are golden and fluffy.
Serve with topping of your choice.
