Pascal with sweet cheese

For the dough:
1 kg flour
120 g sugar
100 g butter
5 eggs
50 ml oil
30 g yeast
milk
1 teaspoon salt
Vanilla essence
Zest and juice from lemon
2 egg yolks mixed with a little milk for greasing

For the filling:
800 g fresh cow cheese
150 g sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons semolina
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon food starch
Vanilla essence
Lemon zest

Pascal with sweet cheese

Preparation:
Mix the yeast with a little warm milk, a teaspoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Allow to leaven.
Melt butter. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Sift the flour into a bowl and make a hollow in the middle, where to put the eggs with the sugar and yeast leavened. Knead adding little by little warm milk and melted butter. Knead long time, basting occasionally hands with oil to knead easier.
The dough is kneaded enough when from detaches easily the bowl.
Allow to rise until double in volume.
For the filling mix all ingredients.
For baking will use a round tray. On the bottom tray put a very thin sheet of dough. On top, place cheese filling.
Decorate with a braided dough, arranged around the tray. Then coat the entire surface with egg mixed with milk, with a brush.
Place pan in oven heated for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the baking pan.
