Carbonara Pasta

Ingredients:
400 g of pasta
200-250 g of bacon
200 g of heavy cream for cooking
2 eggs
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons butter
grated Parmesan cheese

Carbonara Pasta

Preparation:

Put to boil pasta according to package directions in water with a little salt. Then drain the water and put aside.
In a frying pan heat up 2 tablespoons of butter, in which fry thegarlic, peeled and chopped, until golden. Remove the garlic from the pan and over hot butter add bacon, cut into thin strips. Fry over low heat until slightly brown.
While the bacon is frying, beat eggs well in a bowl, then add the cream and mix well.
Mix hot pasta with fried bacon. If meanwhile pasta is cooled, can be put in the pan, over bacon, and allowed one minute to warm up. Then take the pan off the heat. Put pasta and bacon in a bowl, then pour over them the mixture made from eggs and cream. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
For a great taste, put Carbonara pasta in clay plates and put them in the oven 10 minutes, until slightly browned on top.
